SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours after payment is received and processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the shipping carrier used.
Delivery times vary based on your location, so we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. If you do not receive your order, please contact us at contact.lancinefofana@gmail.com, and we will assist you with the issue as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping dates will be communicated in advance.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
If your purchase isn’t right, you have 7 days (including weekends) to return the items for a full refund. Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging and/or original tags. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
If the product is available, we may offer an exchange. To qualify, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with original packaging and/or tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, contact us at contact.lancinefofana@gmail.com. If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once the replacement item has been shipped, we will a confirmation email will be sent to you.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with the original packaging and/or tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method no later than 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
